Is there a feature that can be added to automatically expire credits 1 year after they have been in Trinexum?

Hi David,

Thanks for your question. You can actually set an expiration date for your various credit types by going to Administration > Manage Credit Types. This is where you can set the “Days Active” number to 365.

The system will not automatically remove the credit once it reaches that expiration date, but there is a report in Trinexum that you could run periodically to get a list of those individuals who have expired credits. You can find this report by going to Reports>Financials>Credits>Expired. If you would like to remove the credit from an individual you can do so by going to Back Office>People>Manage Credits and selecting “Remove Credit” as the Adjustment type.
