How to change membership rates

  1. Go to Administration > Manage Membership Types
  2. Select the Branch, Status, and Category of the membership you would like to edit
  3. Click Submit
  4. Click on the small triangle on the left end of the row of the membership you would like to edit to see the fee details of the membership. 
  5. Double click on the membership fee amount to make it an editable field, then you may enter in the new rate:
  6. After you have made the rate change, click the tab key on your keyboard to leave the editable fee field. Then, click on the floppy disc (Save) icon on the right side of the row. 

A few things to note:

- These membership rate changes are immediate. The next time people on the membership are billed, they will be billed at this new rate.

- Any new memberships sold or membership renewals will be charged this new rate.

- Scholarship and subsidy amounts will not change (if it is a percentage scholarship, the percentage will not change but the actual amount discounted will, since the rate changed).

- Fixed Fee amounts will not change. 

- Make sure there is not a pending bank or credit card draft when you make these changes.
