If a member is missing from the corporate management membership payments tab, what could be the reason?
- Is the member still active? In order for a member to display on the payments tab they MUST be an active member.
- Is the person that is missing the Billable Member? The payments tab will only display the billable member on the membership.
- Is the member linked to the corporation on the demographic tab in People & Families? In order for the member to show up on the payments tab they will need to have the corporation selected on their Demographic tab under Back Office > People > People & Families.
- Does the member have a balance? Without a membership Outstanding Balance the Corporate Management membership payment area won’t include that member. To see if the member has a balance, go to their Smart Cart record and look at their Outstanding Balances.
