How to link sponsors and participants
- Go to Child Care & Camp>Management>Camp & Care
- Search for the record of the Participant
- Go to the Manage Participants and Sponsors page by clicking on the Quick Link that looks like an orange speech bubble with a white star in it. Make sure the participant and sponsor are both showing up in the Family Connections area at the top of the page.
- Check the box next to the participant's picture and name in the Family Connections section and then click LINK AS PARTICIPANT
- Then check the box next to the sponsor's name in the Family Connections area and then click LINK AS SPONSOR
- Click on the blue mouse in the sponsor's box to set them to the appropriate percentage, payment method, and Primary designation (if applicable). Then click Save.
