How to link sponsors and participants

  1. Go to Child Care & Camp>Management>Camp & Care
  2. Search for the record of the Participant
  3. Go to the Manage Participants and Sponsors page by clicking on the Quick Link that looks like an orange speech bubble with a white star in it. Make sure the participant and sponsor are both showing up in the Family Connections area at the top of the page.
  4. Check the box next to the participant's picture and name in the Family Connections section  and then click LINK AS PARTICIPANT
  5. Then check the box next to the sponsor's name in the Family Connections area and then click LINK AS SPONSOR
  6. Click on the blue mouse in the sponsor's box to set them to the appropriate percentage, payment method, and Primary designation (if applicable). Then click Save.
