How to establish corporate expected amounts

  1. Go to Back Office > Corporations > Corporate Management
  2. Search for and select the name of the corporation for which you would like to establish corporate expected amounts
  3. Click on the Membership tab and then click ALL at the end of the alphabet to see a list of all members linked to the corporation
  4. In the Expected Amount column, enter the amount you expect to receive from the corporation on behalf of each member every pay period
  5. Click Close
OR
  1. Go to Back Office > People > People & Families
  2. Look up the individual's record
  3. Click on the Demographics tab
  4. Enter the expected amount where it says "Corporate Expected Amount"
  5. Click Update


* Entering the Expected Amount is a one-time task-- the information will stay the same for each pay period unless you update the information.
