How to assign menu access to existing roles

  1. Administration > Staff Management > Link Menus to Roles
  2. Select the User Role you want to assign menu rights to
  3. Select a menu type and click Search to see rights associated with that menu
  4. Check the boxes for each part of the menu you wish for that User Role to have access to
  5. Click Update at the bottom of each menu to save your changes
