How to add scholarships and subsidies to records in People & Families
- Back Office > People > People & Families
- Search for the individual record you would like to add a subsidy or scholarship to
- Click on the Subsidy Management tab
- Click Add New Award
- Double click in the boxes to the right of Scholarship or Subsidy to add a percentage discount to Membership, Core Programs, Sales & Services, Child Care, and Camp. You can also add a dollar amount scholarship or subsidy to Membership fees.
- Click the blue circle below Add Family to apply the award to Family Connections
- Click Save
