How to add scholarships and subsidies to records in People & Families

  1. Back Office > People > People & Families
  2. Search for the individual record you would like to add a subsidy or scholarship to
  3. Click on the Subsidy Management tab
  4. Click Add New Award 
  5. Double click in the boxes to the right of Scholarship or Subsidy to add a percentage discount to Membership, Core Programs, Sales & Services, Child Care, and Camp. You can also add a dollar amount scholarship or subsidy to Membership fees. 
  6. Click the blue circle below Add Family to apply the award to Family Connections
  7. Click Save
