How to apply a Custom Membership Award
- Back Office > People > People & Families
- Search for the record of the individual who will be receiving the award
- Click on the Subsidy Management tab
- Click Add New Award
- Under Custom Membership Awards, select the award that you would like to apply to the record
- Click on the blue button under the Add Family header to apply the award to other family connections
- Please note that Custom Membership Awards only apply to membership costs, not to the costs of programs, counter sale items, or camp and child care.
