How to apply a Custom Membership Award

  1. Back Office > People > People & Families
  2. Search for the record of the individual who will be receiving the award
  3. Click on the Subsidy Management tab
  4. Click Add New Award
  5. Under Custom Membership Awards, select the award that you would like to apply to the record
  6. Click on the blue button under the Add Family header to apply the award to other family connections
 
  • Please note that Custom Membership Awards only apply to membership costs, not to the costs of programs, counter sale items, or camp and child care.
