How to rollback a redeemed session

  1. Welcome Center > Smart Cart
  2. Search for the person whose session rollback is required in Smart Cart
  3. Once on their record, select Resource Manager in the links section
  4. Select the package whose session rollback is required
  5. Make a note of or copy the receipt number where the session was redeemed
  6. Go to Welcome Center > Transactions > Edit Transaction
  7. Type or paste the receipt number from step #5
  8. Select the item and click Cancel Trans
  9. Enter the reason for the rollback and click Submit
  • Please note that there is not a way to reverse a redemption rollback, so please be certain you wish to continue with the rollback before clicking Submit
