How to rollback a redeemed session

- Welcome Center > Smart Cart
- Search for the person whose session rollback is required in Smart Cart
- Once on their record, select Resource Manager in the links section
- Select the package whose session rollback is required
- Make a note of or copy the receipt number where the session was redeemed
- Go to Welcome Center > Transactions > Edit Transaction
- Type or paste the receipt number from step #5
- Select the item and click Cancel Trans
- Enter the reason for the rollback and click Submit
- Please note that there is not a way to reverse a redemption rollback, so please be certain you wish to continue with the rollback before clicking Submit
