How to add or edit resources (staff or facilities)

  1. Administration > Resource Manager
  2. Select the category that the resource will apply to
  3. Click on the icon on the top right of the screen that says "Manage Resources"
  4. Activate or inactivate existing resources, or click "Add another resource" to create a new one
 
  • Please note that staff who will be connected as resources must be entered as a staff record under Administration -> Staff Management -> Add/Edit Staff before they will show up in the list of options to add as a resource in Resource Manager
  • New facility resources can be added by selecting Facility from the first drop-down menu and then clicking "Manage Facility"
